CUSTOM DESIGN

    The three independent phases of our custom design are:  

            Phase A: Initial consultation
            Phase B  Design
            Phase C  Breadboard model        

    Phase A: Initial consultation

    We begin by working closely with your team to understand your true needs and generate
    a requirements document for your product which consists of three parts:

  •   Electrical requirements
  •   Mechanical requirements
  •   Environmental requirements

    Phase B: Design

    The deliverables of the design phase are:

  •        Schematics
  •        Bill of Materials
  •        PC board design
  •      Analysis package (Optional)

    Phase C: Breadboard model

    The deliverables for this phase are:

  •     Breadboard
  •     Test data       

                                                         FEES

    Phase A: There are no fees associated with Phase A.
    Phase B: Fees for phase B are computed on a per hour basis ($275/hr)  
                   Airline travel and accommodation are charged separately.   
    Phase C: Cost of material, building and testing of breadboard model.
